Moving to a lower plan removes the ability to set up more — it never disables what you already configured. SSO, claimed domains and SCIM tokens keep working and stay visible, and owners can always turn them off.
Plan changes and billing are an owner's business. Admins manage people, channels and sign-in; they never see billing.
A company can run more than one organization — a subsidiary, a client workspace — each on its own plan, each with its own members, settings and audit log.
Organizations are provisioned by Vama, so the first conversation is with a person: we confirm the organization name and slug, who the first owner is, and which plan fits. That takes one email exchange, and it means nobody ends up on the wrong plan with the wrong settings.
